Refund policy

We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, you can complete your return in our Returns Portal.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will accept a return on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at Soludos.com. Please note that certain items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These products will always have a notice on the product page stating their Final Sale status at time of purchase. Original shipping is non-refundable including any expedited shipping options. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
